• (e) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website or its infrastructure;
• (f) Use the Website in any manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.

2.3 Search engine indexing and archiving through standard robots.txt-compliant crawlers is permitted.

3.1 All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, photographs, audio, video, software, code, page layout, and the overall “look and feel” — is the property of Quanta Labs or its licensors and is protected by the German Urheberrechtsgesetz (UrhG), EU copyright law, and international intellectual property treaties.

3.2 The Quanta Labs name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Quanta Labs. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

3.3 Statutory rights, including the right of quotation (Zitatrecht, § 51 UrhG) and the right to private copying (Privatkopie, § 53 UrhG), remain unaffected.

4.1 If you submit any information, inquiries, ideas, feedback, suggestions, or other materials to Quanta Labs through the Website (including via contact forms, email, or chat) (“Submissions”), you grant Quanta Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Submissions for any business purpose.

4.2 Submissions are not treated as confidential unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in effect between you and Quanta Labs. Do not submit information you consider proprietary or confidential through the Website contact form without first establishing an NDA.

4.3 You represent that any Submission you make does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.

5.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Quanta Labs has no control over the content, availability, or data practices of linked websites and assumes no responsibility for them.

5.2 External links were checked for legal violations at the time of linking. No violations were identified at that time. Quanta Labs does not adopt the content of linked websites as its own. If we become aware of legal violations on linked pages, we will remove the relevant links without delay.

6.1 Quanta Labs shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from:

• (a) Injury to life, body, or health caused by negligence or intent;
• (b) Intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit);
• (c) Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz);
• (d) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• (e) Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

6.2 In the event of simple negligence in the breach of an essential contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht), Quanta Labs' liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. For the purposes of these Terms, essential contractual obligations are limited to making the Website accessible for informational use.

6.3 Quanta Labs shall not be liable for simple negligence in the breach of non-essential obligations.

6.4 Quanta Labs does not warrant that the Website will be available without interruption, be error-free, or be free of viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures (virus protection, firewalls) on their own systems.

6.5 These limitations apply regardless of the legal basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

7.1 The processing of personal data in connection with your use of the Website is governed by our Website Privacy Policy, available at www.quanta-labs.ai/privacy.

7.2 Our use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by our Cookie Policy, available at www.quanta-labs.ai/cookies. You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie consent banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in the Website footer.

7.3 We use self-hosted fonts. No connection to external font servers is established when you visit the Website.

8.1 If you are also a Contributor on the Quanta Labs platform, your use of the platform is governed by the Contributor Terms and Conditions, which prevail over these Terms for all matters related to platform use, Task performance, and compensation.

8.2 If you are a client of Quanta Labs, your engagement is governed by the Master Service Agreement and applicable Order Forms, which prevail over these Terms for all matters related to service delivery.

8.3 These Terms govern only your use of the publicly accessible Website.

9.1 Quanta Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at www.quanta-labs.ai/terms. Changes become effective upon posting. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of these Terms.

9.2 Continued use of the Website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.2 The courts of Munich (Landgericht München I) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
